Beginning in 1962 back when was created the TMP Electrical & Metalworking, grown in the Technical School of Mechanical Engineering in 1967.
Since 1992 the school was transformed into a technical school of mechanical and technical.
In the spring of 2003 was renamed Vocational School of mechanical and technical Gen "Ivan Bachvarov".
For 46 years are trained professionals in the 5421 TMP, Technical School, Technical and Vocational School, who work as engineering and business executives in the city and country.
