Simple Assembly
32 ordinary meeting place principal activity of the Board:
1 / To consider, discuss and organize projects related PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
2 / To consider, discuss and solve problems relating to students, teachers and school.
3 / make decisions.
Article 33 The ordinary meeting is held twice a month on Thursday from 14:15 to study history in the building of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
Art.34 of the ordinary meeting must attend at least one representative from each class.
Article 35 Any representative of a class entitled aloud.
Article 36 of the ordinary Meeting Voting is open.
Article 37 The decisions taken at the ordinary meeting shall be announced publicly on the board of the Student Council and submitted to the Pedagogical Council, if necessary.
Article 38 for each ordinary session of the Assembly shall be drawn up that fits in the minute book of the Registrar.

Rights and obligations of members
Art.39 Right to membership:
1 / each student has selected as representative of its class in a democratic manner.
2 / There PGMET every student whose actions do not contradict this constitution and proposed by the student, now a member of the General Assembly Naousa.
3 / are members of the Commission to work with the Board of PGMET taking all rights and obligations of membership specified in these Statutes.
Art. 40 Approval of Board members, is in accordance with Art. 39 and the following conditions:
1 / Absolute agreement of the applicant to participate in the Board.
2 / in each class elections are held democratically.
3 / class teachers assist and support the election of members to the Board.
Article 41 The representative of the class is entitled:
1. To participate actively in the conduct of class hours.
2. To obtain assistance, advice and tips from the class tutor, pedagogical adviser or supervisor for the Board of PGMET, more important class issues and problems.
42 of representative is required:
1 / to hold elections for a new representative at the end of its term of one year.
2 / class to represent the Board before each meeting, according to this latter STATUTES
3 / the class of decisions taken by the Board and shall promptly inform future discussions concerning the direct or indirect interests of the class.

Article 43 Each member is entitled:
1 / To elect and be elected to the Board.
2 / To propose to exclude a representative or member of the Board in open or secret written or oral form and with appropriate justification.
3 / Place and provides questions for discussion and ideas connected with the activities of the Board.
4 / To propose changes in these statutes the General Assembly.
Article 44 Each member shall:
1 / To participate in meetings of the Board.
2 / To comply with this statute.
3 / To implement the decisions of the General Assembly.
4 / To support the objectives of the Board.
5 / to speak to their classmates.
Article 45 The members may not:
1 / To destroy the good tone and not interfere with the work of the Board.
2 / To express personal opinions without expressly to report it.
3 / To work against the interests of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
Article 46 Termination of membership:
1 / Each member of the Board may leave on their own will and prior justification.
2 / Each member must leave the Board on completion of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
3 / Class A is disqualified from membership of the Board for five consecutive absentee none of its representatives ordinary meeting.
4 / Any representative of a class may be expelled by the Board at the request of a majority of the class which he represents, with prior justification.
Property
Article 47 Board uses the facilities of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
Duration of activity
Article 48 The existence of the Board of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov" is not limited in time.
Transitional and final provisions
§ 1. That statute was adopted by the General Assembly of the Student Council of Professional School of mechanical and technical " "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov "on 05.12.2008 in Sevlievo.
§ 2. That statute was drafted by the Commission for the elaboration of the statutes of the Student Council members: Victoria Koleva, Delyana Vladikova, Kaloyan Zarabov, Lora Yordanova, the color of 14.11.2008g. in Sevlievo.
