Ivan Bachvarov - Sevlievo (hereafter PGMET) in an effort to express the will of students by pledging loyalty to the universal values: freedom, peace, humanism, equality, justice and tolerance; holding as the highest principle of individual rights , dignity and security, as awareness of our irrevocable duty to guard the school and worship rituals, symbols and traditions, declaring their determination to create a democratic, constitutional and social school environment consistent with all legal regulations on the Public Education Act, the Rules of PGMET All of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted international conventions describing and / or protect human rights and fundamental freedoms for which we accept this

STATUTE

General
Art.1 Student Council (SC) of PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov" is a voluntary youth group. It is self-governing, democratic, non-religious and politically independent

Seat and address
Article 2 The registered office of the Board and address are: Sevlievo POB 5400, St. Nenko Iliev "N 3
Objectand activities
Article 3 of the Board defend student interest and aims to improve relationships between students and teachers and students and teachers.
Article 4 MB liaise between students on one hand and management of PGMET, Pedagogical Council and school board on the other.

Article 5 MB seeks to defend the rights of students and respect for their duties in accordance with Rules of PGMET International Convention on the Rights of the Child and man.
Article 6 Board provides an opportunity for publicity, publicity and transparency in the expression of students' interests.
Article 7. Board contributes to the organization of extracurricular time students participate in activities related to prevention of dangerous behaviors, drug and alcohol dependencies.
Article 8 MB organize projects, mainly bound PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov".
Article 9 MB collaborate with other School Board in Sevlievo and participate in the Youth City Council.

Article 10 The governing bodies of the Board are:
1 / General Assembly.
2 / Board.
3 / Simple Assembly.
General Assembly
Article 11 The General Assembly convened:
1 / regularly twice a school year - in September and in June
2 / Extraordinary at the discretion of the Board.
Article 12 At any General Assembly meeting representatives of each class in the school from 8 to 12 grades.
Article 13 of the General Assembly:
1 / Voting Statutes of the Board and make any changes to it.
2 / Select and approve the Board for one year.
3 / Adopted agenda for the annual activities of the Board.
4 / Approves the report of the Board the annual activity.

Article 14 The General Assembly is considered valid if more than half the members
Article 15 The General Assembly shall be by simple majority of those present.
