Article 20 The Governing Council is elected by the General Assembly for one year.
Article 21 Governing Board:
1 / Manage and perform administrative activities of the Board.
2 / Represents the Board at the school, district and national levels.
Article 22 The Management Board shall prepare and propose voting program for the annual activities of the Board of the General Assembly in September.
Section 23 consists of: president, two vice-presidents, secretary, officers in grade, treasurer.
Article 24 All posts of one year term
Art.25 Other positions may be added by the vote of their OSUS.

Art.26 The President:
1 / Manage and monitor the meetings of the Board.
2 / Manage and coordinate the Governing Council.
3 / Represents Student Council meetings of the Youth City Council.
4 / Represents the Board before the school board and is the official opinion of the Board and decisions adopted by the Pedagogical Council.
Chl.27 Vice-Presidents shall perform the functions of the President in his absence and help to implement the functions of the President.
Article 28 The Registrar:
1 / Minutes of each meeting and it fits in the minute book.
2 / Water report and monitor the presence and absence of members of the Board.
3 / Prepare the report of the Board the annual activity of the Board and submit it to the General Assembly in June.
4 / Taking care of and preserve all documents of the Board
Art. Officers in grade 29:
1 / inform pupils about upcoming meetings and ordinary general meetings.
2 / take care to recruit new members.
3 / care of the board of the Board.
4 / Carers are to disseminate the decisions of school space in MB.

5 / coordinate classes in the implementation of specific initiatives.
Art.30 Treasurer:
1/Vodi statement of cash collected in the school funds US.Ima right to take and submit funds on behalf of the Board.
Art.31 Board members reserve the right to be representatives of their classes after their election.
